I can't believe I had to climb four flights of stairs constantly because the elevator was broken! It was frustrating to hear loud children and a birthday party disrupting the pool area, making it impossible for my son to enjoy swimming. Additionally, I was extremely disappointed when I didn't receive the military discount I requested.

Loved how clean everything was. The kids couldn't get enough of the awesome indoor and outdoor pools! It was nice to unwind in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring. Only wish the coffee could've been a bit better, but they had it ready at 5 am, which was a nice touch! 😊
